We had a fabulous, exciting weekend at the Tri-Angle and Lenape Boston Terrier Specialty Shows in Stirling, NJ on 10/29/16 and 10/30/16. I can’t believe all of the wins we had and the success of my dogs. It will certainly be a memory to cherish forever.
At the first Tri-Angle show, under judge Sue Carr, Hattie made her debut and won Winners Bitch for a 4 point specialty major her very first time in the ring. Such an exciting way to start her show career, and she behaved so well.
At the second Tri-Angle show, under judge Rodney Herner, Taylor was reserve winners bitch and Henri won an Award of Merit!
Sunday was amazing. In the first Lenape show, under judge Philip Capazzolo, Taylor was Winners Bitch, Best of Winners, Best Bred-By Exhibitor, and then went on to win BEST IN SPECIALTY SHOW to finish her championship! What a way to finish! Henri won an Award of Merit at this show as well.
In the second Lenape show, under judge Sharon Lyons, Taylor went into the ring for the very first time as a special, and repeated her performance with another Best in Specialty Show win! Taylor is now my first multiple best in specialty winning dog, and I could not be prouder.
Hanging on the couch, going for hikes, and just being my pets are the most important roles my dogs have in my life. But it sure is nice to have weekends like this one. These dogs showed their hearts out for me, and I think 2017 is going to be a very exciting year.
